Considering the importance of food industry clusters and its important role in the formation and creation of employment, gaining competitive advantage and identifying original markets to Iranian entrepreneurs, Lorestan honey industry was studied as a suitable platform for entrepreneurship activity so that this industry was prone to creating value added and active presence of small and medium businesses. Therefore, due to lack of research in this regard, the company of industrial towns of Lorestan has undertaken a study to form a scientific approach to this industry, and in this regard, the evaluation and feasibility of industrial honey cluster in Lorestan province was considered.
